If your file needs checking, we’ll send a proof. Otherwise, print-ready files may go straight into production to keep things moving.

Express Post usually takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.
Shipping is a flat rate of $15 Express Post, with free shipping on orders over $100.
Singles are best for handouts, resale, and a premium look. Sheets are great for smaller stickers or variety packs.
No problem — custom shapes and sizes are what we do.
We use premium vinyl, professional printing, and laminate every sticker for a durable, long-lasting finish.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide from our Queensland studio. Once your order has been produced, it’ll be packed up and sent using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Local Pickup

We also offer local pickup from Burpengary, QLD. Just select Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect.

  • Pickup is by arrangement only.
  • Please wait until you receive confirmation before arriving.
  • Standard production times still apply to pickup orders.
  • We’ll send collection details once your order is ready.

Returns & Exchanges

Because most orders are custom made, our returns policy is a little different to a standard retail store. Here’s how it works.

What We Can’t Accept

Because most of our products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please choose carefully when placing your order, especially for custom sizes, quantities, garments, names, spelling, and artwork details.

If Something’s Wrong

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for checking artwork, spelling, sizing, and order details before approval or submission.

We are not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer before production.

Use & Application Issues

We cannot offer refunds for issues caused by incorrect application, handling, washing, or misuse after delivery.
