Many of our products are custom-made.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
All artwork, spelling, layout, sizing, and quantities have been reviewed and approved
You understand that colours may vary between screen and print
You authorise us to print the approved artwork as supplied
Once an order has been approved and sent to production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be received in full before production begins.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues.
Production and shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to workload, supply delays, or courier issues.
Nocturnal Design Co is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once an order has been dispatched.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Custom-made products are generally non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Nocturnal Design Co unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Artwork supplied by customers remains the property of the customer, and you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce that artwork.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nocturnal Design Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
