At Nocturnal Design Co, we take pride in the quality of our work. Because many of our products are custom-made, our returns policy is a little different from big-box retail — fair, but firm.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Most of our products are made specifically for you, including:
For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or errors in artwork once production has started.
Please double-check all artwork proofs, sizes, quantities, and product selections before approving your order.
Artwork Approval & Order Confirmation
By placing an order with Nocturnal Design Co, you confirm that:

All artwork has been reviewed and approved

Spelling, layout, sizing, and quantities are correct

You understand colours may vary slightly between screen and print
Once an order has been approved and sent to production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing:
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will offer a reprint or a refund, at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Change of Mind (Non-Custom Items Only)
If an item is not custom-made and you change your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
