Returns & Exchanges

Because most orders are custom made, our returns policy is a little different to a standard retail store. Here’s how it works.

What We Can’t Accept

Because most of our products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Custom stickers
  • Custom apparel
  • Personalised items made specifically for your order

Please choose carefully when placing your order, especially for custom sizes, quantities, garments, names, spelling, and artwork details.

If Something’s Wrong

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • Replacement
  • Reprint
  • Store credit
  • Refund where appropriate

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for checking artwork, spelling, sizing, and order details before approval or submission.

We are not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer before production.

Use & Application Issues

We cannot offer refunds for issues caused by incorrect application, handling, washing, or misuse after delivery.

All apparel is printed in-house at our Burpengary studio.

If you’ve got artwork ready (or even just an idea), you can send it through and we’ll help you from there.
