COMMON QUESTIONS
What happens after I pay the deposit?
We’ll get in touch to confirm your brief, ask any important questions, and book the project into the schedule.
What if I don’t like the concepts?
You’ll receive 2 custom logo directions based on your brief. If neither direction feels right, we can either cancel the project, with the deposit retained to cover the work already completed, or move the project into a larger logo package with additional concepts.
Do you use templates or AI to design logos?
No templates. No recycled logos. Your logo concepts are built from scratch around your business. AI is not used to create the logo artwork itself, but may be used for mockups, such as showing your logo on signage, apparel, vehicles, or products using Photoshop tools.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due before final logo files are supplied.
How long does the Foundation Pack take?
Most Foundation Pack projects take around 1 week once the brief is confirmed, depending on feedback time.
What files do I receive?
You’ll receive professional logo files for print and web use, including vector files and web-ready PNG/JPG formats.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you need more concepts, a brand guide, social media kit, business cards, or extended brand assets, we can upgrade the project or build on it later.
